Policies
Lateness:
If you are late, please call ASAP with approximate arrival time. We allow 15 minutes grace period for unexpected delays in travel or for unforeseen issues during your session. Please build this time into your schedule. You are responsible for over-time after the 1st 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you after 15 minutes, you will forfeit the time that you have reserved.
Strict Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation per scheduled hour, including travel time, or payment in full for the time you have reserved. (i.e. 1hr. = 1 days notice, 1.5hrs. = 1.5 days notice adding travel time when applicable)
Exceptions for Cancellations:

Death of a loved one

A health issue that is a contraindication for massage therapy as prescribe by a physician

Work emergencies not included
