Emotional Ladder…

Emotional Ladder…

The teachings of Abraham channeled through Ester Hicks provide a powerful paradigm to “upgrade” your emotional experience from fear, grief, depression, despair, powerlessness to joy, knowledge, empowerment, freedom, love and appreciation.

Your task is to wake up and notice how you feel.  Place yourself on a “rung” of the ladder and make an effort to go to the next rung.  Take notice of how challenging it is or it isn’t to go to the next level.  Try not to judge where you are on the ladder.  Do this throughout the day, especially if you are “not feeling good”.  The idea is to “feel good”.  Write down how you are doing at the end of your day and rate your progress from 1-5, 1 being the least progress.  Report what comes up in life experience each day.  Observe the emotional levels may change throughout the day.

The Emotional Ladder

1.Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/

   Appreciation

2. Passion

3. Enthusiasm, Eagerness, Happiness

4. Positive, Expectation, Belief

5. Optimism

6. Hopefulness

7. Contentment

8. Boredom

9. Pessimism

10. Frustration, Irritation, Impatience

11. “Overwhelment”

12. Disappointment

13. Doubt

14. Worry

15. Blame

16. Discouragement

17. Anger

18. Revenge

19. Hatred/Rage

20. Jealousy

21. Insecurity, Grief, Unworthiness

22. Fear, Grief, Depression, Despair, Powerlessness

Start where you are. Then, move up the ladder by choosing to feel a different feeling.  You cannot skip a rung on the ladder or take a quantum leap.  Your vibrational offering will be much cleaner and more powerful if you only take one step at a time.

To move up the ladder quickly, tell only the truths that make your heart sing.  Do not linger on, or tolerate, not feeling good.  Choose to feel good in every moment.

– Abraham

Optimal Life

What does a stress free life look like?  Create the image in your mind and describe it in written words.  Take note daily if things begin to manifest from your Optimal Life.  What stressors or blocks did you encounter today?  Apply some stress relievers to your circumstances and see if things get better or shift toward your optimal life.  Stay awake at the wheel.  Notice the changes that occur and keep journaling about them.  Journaling can cause a shift toward your Optimal Life.
